VIJAYAWADA: Representatives of Telugu film industry met minister for I&PR Perni Venkataramaiah (Nani) and discussed TFI related issues on Friday.

The TFI team, comprising producers Dil Raju, Banni Vasu and distributors Alankar Prasad and Vamsi discussed several issues, including the online ticket system. The state had on Thursday approved the Cinematography Law Amendment Act for the sale of movie tickets online. Akkineni Nagarjuna and several producers met Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy soon after the cabinet meeting.

The delegation sought clarification on the implementation of the online ticketing system and payments to producers. Later, Dil Raju said that the government was working to resolve issues raised by the film fraternity.
