Venkatesh calls the shots

Venkatesh is all set to work in the remake of Tamil hit film, Asuran, which saw Dhanush playing an aged person. Directed by Srikanth Addala, pre-production work of the film is presently underway. However, since the Tamil version is quite raw, the F2: Fun and Frustration star apparently wants to make a few changes in the remake.

“They are not copying the original completely, but are going in for a few changes, as suggested by Venkatesh,” reveals a source. Producer Suresh Babu is presently abroad; however once he returns to Hyderabad, they will finalise the cast and the location for the film.
