Senior actor Chiranjeevi has thanked Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan regarding his Government’s decision to permit film shooting to resume. The AP Government has announced a single-window system for shootings in that State.
The actor spoke to the Chief Minister over the phone, but wants to thank him in person.
“Chiranjeevi is taking a few members from the industry to thank Jagan personally and also discuss the industry’s development in the State”, says a source.
The meeting will be scheduled after the lockdown is over. Jagan will complete one year in office on May 30.
It may be recalled that, a few days ago, Chiru had lead a team of representatives of the Telugu Film Industry to meet the Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao regarding granting of permission for film shootings to resume.
