Srikanth Addala to direct Nani

Sensible director Srikanth Addala is all set to make a comeback with a family-oriented script. The director has completed his script and the film will be produced by Allu Aravind of Geetha Arts. To everyone’s surprise, they have roped in Nani as their lead actor.

This will be the first time that Srikanth Addala directs Nani. “Nani is supposed to do a film for Geetha Arts and they want to do it with Srikanth Addala,” says a source.

Srikanth had narrated the completed script to Allu Aravind recently and he suggested a couple of changes, but he liked it very much.

“Allu Aravind asked the director to prepare for pre-production and wants to start the shoot after Nani completes his present film Jersey,” adds the source. While Addala’s story revolves around two brothers, there are many other characters involved, and Srikanth has cherry-picked some of the top character artistes for this film.
