Puri Jagannadh’s film gets a title

After Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Deverakonda recently announced that they will be working together, the makers have gone ahead and registered a title for the upcoming project.

“A few days ago, executive producer Charmme registered the title Fighter at the Film Chamber for Vijay and Puri Jagannadh’s film,” says a source close to Charmme, adding that the shoot may begin in January next year once Puri completes the script.

“Vijay Deverakonda is presently doing two films simultaneously — one with Kranthi Madhav and the other titled Hero, directed by Anand Annamalai. Once he completes both these projects, he will move on to Puri’s film by which time the director will also be ready with his script,” adds the source. The leading lady is yet to be finalised for the film.
