Director Ravikanth Perepu of Kshanam fame recently announced his next film, titled Krishna and his Leela, starring Siddhu and Seerat Kapoor. However, what grabbed everyone's attention was that the director, while announcing his film on Twitter, revealed that he had shot the film in Ladakh.

However, what grabbed everyone’s attention was that the director, while announcing his film on Twitter, revealed that he had shot the film in Ladakh, which has been in the news ever since the government scrapped Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Sharing a picture along with details of the shoot, he wrote, “One last shot, Promise! At 17,582 ft above sea level we wrap Krishna & his Leela in Ladakh (sic).” The director also added that he completed the shoot despite all the tensions around him.

“With all the tension around Ladakh right now, the people here were extremely friendly in helping us finish this film. Every film has its own journey in the making and this one is a specimen. See you at the movies, Coming soon! (sic),” he wrote on Twitter.
