When Sonal Chauhan received a call from the makers of F3: Fun and Frustration earlier this year, she was understandingly ecstatic. The actress, who recently commenced shooting for the comic caper, states that being part of the super hit franchise has been amazing.

“I saw F2, and I was in splits, but I never expected that I’ll be part of the sequel of the Anil-Ravipudi directorial,” says the actress. “So I was thrilled and grateful when I was asked to be part of this film.

In fact, there is a story around how I came to be a part of the sequel, but I am not allowed to speak about it for the moment because I’ve just started shooting and am done with one schedule in Hyderabad, but perhaps that’s another time.”

F3 would be Sonal’s first full-fledged comic caper in her showbiz journey.
“My role in the laugh-riot family drama will be an interesting revelation to the audience,” she tells us, adding that she had to prepare a fair bit for the part.
For starters, as this is her first outright comedy, the first thing she did was speak to the director Anil to understand her character design. “I asked him all the prerequisites I need to keep in mind while playing the part. In fact, I just surrendered to him on the instructions,” the actress reveals.

Even as she banked on her spontaneity in wanting to keep the role as real and natural as possible, the Dictator star was aware that timing is very important for any comedy. “Thankfully, I have great co-stars like Venkatesh garu, Varun Tej, Tamannaah and Mehreen, so the chemistry is something the audience can look forward to,” elaborates the actress.

While the actress claims that she is no health expert, she never misses out on giving her fans and followers the fitness goals on her social media handle.
Sonal often shares pictures of herself acing a mix of difficult and easy yoga asanas to inspire her fans. An avid yoga practitioner and a fitness enthusiast, she recently posted a photo in which she practiced yoga’s Anjaneyasana.

“Yoga has always been part of my life and I believe it’s the answer to many health problems in our lives,” shares the Ruler actress, revealing that she’s also talks for a couple of films — one in Telugu and Tamil. “I can’t talk about it officially because I have not come on board officially yet. I am still in talks,” she says, signing off.
