Balakrishna is always in the news, whether for slapping a fan or an assistant or speaking in Hindi or praising a non-Telugu actress in Hindi. Little wonder that he was the most trolled in 2018. Balakrishna’s speeches invited trolls when he spoke at the Telugu Desam’s Mahanadu in Vijayawada where he suddenly switched from Telugu to Hindi. The reason was apparently because he wanted to convey something to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. But just when people realised that he was speaking Hindi, he was back to speaking Telugu. It took a few days to understand what Balakrishna wanted to convey in Hindi. He was trolled for it.
In the recent election campaign, he wanted to render the patriotic song Saare Jahaan se Acha... but somehow he got stuck at Bul .. Bul…After that, the trolls had a field day calling him a Bul Bul Bulayya and the video went viral. The year definitely belongs to Balakrishna for not coming up with a great blockbuster, but for providing comic moments!
