Venkatesh in great demand
The actor has earned the position of Tollywood’s lucky mascot after the grand success of F2.
Soon after F2’s success, the actor graced the pre-release events of Nani’s Jersey and Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi and, as we’re all aware, both the films have taken the box office by storm. We have now learnt that Venkatesh also (and very recently, in fact) launched the trailer of Anjali’s forthcoming horror comedy, Lissa.
Apparently, Suresh Kondeti, who has bought the film’s theatrical rights, requested Venkatesh to grace the launch, and the actor obliged.
If this film clicks, then Venkatesh will have many such requests from other filmmakers too. “Anjali is a good artiste. I wish her all the best,” Venkatesh said after launching the film’s trailer. “This is the first time that our audiences will witness a horror comedy in 3D,” Suresh Kondeti said. The producer then thanked Venkatesh for doing the honour of launching the film’s trailer.
