Looks like Tollywood is following the Bollywood trend of multiple music composers working for a film. Three composers —Harshavardhan Rameshwar, Sunil Kashyap and Rahul Sipligunj — have scored the music for the upcoming film, Pressure Cooker, which is set to release on February  21. They have each composed two songs in the film. Justifying the idea, Harshavardhan — who has also done the background score for the family drama, states that multiple composers could bring out different variations in their compositions. “Also, the scenario afforded the composers a chance to experiment well,” he adds. Harshavardhan, who also composed the background score for Arjun Reddy with Radhan, adds that it gives youngsters an opportunity to exhibit their musical skills.

“Each of us composers have given different musical dimensions that are in sync with the theme of the film despite the challenge caused because of each of us coming from diverse  backgrounds,” he adds. Then, explaining why it is imperative to compose tunes in accordance with the lyrics of the film so that the music goes with the flow, Harshavardhan adds, “As Pressure Cooker is a film with lots of drama, I ensured the background score enhances the central theme.”

Harshavardhan lauds director duo Sujai and Sushil Karampuri for their passion.

“I also wanted to thank producer Abhishek Nama for distributing such concept-based films,” he signs off.
