Nani changed producer because of budget differences?

Actor Nani was supposed to do his upcoming film Shyam Singha Roy for his good friend and producer Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainment. But now the news is that Nani has replaced the producer with another one, Venkat Boyanpally. 

Rahul Sankrityian is the director and it was announced long back. According to a source from the production house, the film’s budget estimation was going very high, so Sithara wanted to hold it for some time. But Nani liked the story very much and wanted to do it after his present film Tuck Jagadish, which is likely to be completed soon. 

“With this difference of opinion, Nani wanted to change the producer and therefore asked Venkat to produce it instead. The new producer readily accepted, regardless of how steep the budget would be,” said the source.

Satyadev Janga provided the story and he developed it along with director Rahul. Nani is playing a dual role in this film while Sai Pallavi has been roped in as the female lead.
