Meka Srikanth

Actor Meka Srikanth hasn’t been doing too many films recently, presumably because he knows he’s no longer ‘hero’ material. Despite appearing in some films recently, he was largely unnoticed. Now, according to a source, the actor’s playing villain in the upcoming Balakrishna–Boyapati Sreenu film. Fans might remember Srikanth has already played the role of a villain in Naga Chaitanya’s 2017-release, Yuddham Sharanam. He’s back at it again, playing villain Balayya’s upcoming film.

“Boyapati gave a new life to Jagapathi Babu with Legend, and the actor’s career completely changed from then on, becoming one of the busiest actors, so now the director is roping in Srikanth for a negative role. Srikanth has also accepted to do the role,” a source tells us.

We also hear that the actor’s undergone a complete makeover for this film, starting with a closely cropped hair. Sanjay Dutt is the other actor playing negative role in the same film.
