Eesha Rebba's next is a sitcom

While actress Eesha Rebba played a rebellious girl in her last romantic comedy, Ami Tumi, her next rom-com directed by Raja Kolusu, will feature her as a homely girl opposite Naga Shaurya. “I play a college graduate who looks after her father’s business. And although I play a homely girl, my look is modern. But there’s a lot more to my role — the mannerisms of my character made me connect with her at a personal level. Also, this role gave me a different dimension,” explains Eesha, who raves about the dialogues and the situational comedy of the film.

“That’s one of the main reasons why I signed the film. The dialogues are witty and the situational comedy will leave the audience in splits. Moreover, sitcoms are always exciting,” she says.

The actress has been on a signing spree these days. “I have been listening to every script that comes my way, but I want to be a part of films that are content and character-centric so that it gives me the opportunity to explore
my acting skills,” says Eesha.
