Producer Suresh Babu has expressed his displeasure about Mickey J. Meyer’s music for Oh! Baby. According to the producer, who shared his opinion with the director of the film and others after the film’s release, the music was the only weak link in the movie. They are believed to have said that better music could have taken the film much farther.

What is interesting about the whole episode is that Suresh Babu had seemed disinterested from the beginning when director Nandini Reddy and others had gone with Mickey for the music.

But according to a source, that was because the music director, who stays in the US, used to send in his compositions a mere two days before the shoot. “This irked Suresh Babu because there was never any time to suggest changes given the time it would have taken for the music director to send it back from the US,” the source adds.

The source also reveals that Suresh Babu had never met the music director during the filmmaking process and that there was not enough communication between the producers and the music director. “He just called once to talk to Mickey; that’s it,” elaborates the source.
