Rahul Haridas to play a gangster

Actor Rahul Haridas has been picking up interesting plotlines for his forthcoming films. While he plays a role with grey shades in his forthcoming Telugu–Kannada bilingual, the actor will be seen as a gangster in his next film, under the debutant director, Suman.

Apparently, Rahul was kicked about the storyline and the makeover he’d have to undergo for the role and immediately gave the nod for the film. According to our source, the film is based on how gangster Aziz Reddy was involved in the 1993 Mumbai blasts.

“There were several other cases registered against Aziz, such as murders, kidnappings and extortion. So the film’s plotline has drama, suspense and several other thrilling elements, which excited Rahul into giving his nod for the project,” adds the source.
