Post the super success of Mahanati, actress Keerthy Suresh has signed her next project in Telugu. The female-centric film is directed by debutant Narendra and bankrolled by Mahesh Koneru. The film was launched in Hyderabad on Thursday.
Speaking at the launch, the actress, who is tightlipped about her role and the film’s plotline, says, “After Mahanati, this is my first Telugu project. It is a concept-based film and I believe the story will appeal to all sections of the audience. The film will be majorly shot in the US and it is a heroine-centric one,” says Keerthy.
While the director added that Keerthy would best fit the role of a protagonist, the producer expressed his gladness to have the Nenu Local actress on board. The shooting of the film will commence in February.
