Puri Jagannadh's Jana Gana Mana to star Venkatesh?

Even though director Puri Jagannadh announced on Twitter that he wanted to shoot the film Jana Gana Mana with Mahesh Babu, things seem to have changed now. And if sources are to be believed, then the director could now team with actor Venkatesh for the film. A source says, “The project has a very interesting subject and also includes several social problems. Despite that, Mahesh wasn’t able to work on it because he is caught up with other projects. His schedule is so packed that he has no time to fit in another film.”

So, when Puri narrated the story to Venkatesh, he showed interest in the project. Puri is currently busy promoting his upcoming film Rogue and once the film releases, he plans to sit with Venkatesh and finalise the subject. Venkatesh, too, is waiting for his film Guru’s release, after that both of them will be free to discuss.
