Naga Shourya turns producer

It looks like actor Naga Shourya has decided to take things into his own hands and is set to produce a film along with his father, Shankar Prasad. The actor’s recent films haven’t made the desired impact, except for Jyo Achutananda which was received well. It is learnt that the actor took the decision after meeting Venky Kudumula, who has been a long time associate of director Trivikram Srinivas.

Apparently Venky and Shourya have been in discussions for a while now but it was only recently that everything fell into place. While Venky will now helm the film, Shourya is said to be looking into the script himself. The film is touted to be a romantic entertainer as a means to get back into the roost.
