Gunasekhar's next: Mythology
The director was earlier working on Prataparudrudu, a sequel to the recently successful Rudhramadevi, but he postponed that to 2018.
Director Gunasekhar is set to make a mythological film. The director has already registered the title Hiranyakashyapa and has almost completed the script. “The story is based on Prahlada Charitra from Bhagavatham and Gunasekhar is coming up with Hiranya-kashyapa’s angle,” says a source close to the director. He is now roping in a star actor for this role. “Many top actors are now interested in negative roles such as Rajinikanth (Robo) and Shah Rukh Khan (Raees), so the director is looking for a star to play Hiranyakashyapa’s role,” adds the source.
