Raashi Khanna will be seen as Yamini in her forthcoming film World Famous Lover. Directed by Kranthi Madhav, the actress plays Vijay Deverakonda’s love interest in the romantic drama. “This is an intense and emotional role, my most challenging till date; I can’t reveal much about the role; but I can tell you audiences are in for a sweet surprise,” says Raashi. “Yamini is a strong character but at the same time she has a vulnerable side that no woman would like to show,” Raashi explains, adding that the role brings out the vulnerable side of a girl. “There’s a Yamini in every girl!”
She further says it is very easy working with Vijay “Because he comes from a theatre background”, and adds that she’s happy with the kind of buzz the film is created.
