YS Jagan family to attend Yatra pre-release event

The other biopic Yatra directed by Mahi V. Raghav is all set to release in February first week. Before that they are planning a pre-release event and the makers are inviting Jagan Mohan Reddy and his family for it. 

“The director and the producer are going to meet Jagan on January 9 at Ichapuram, Srikakualm and according to his dates, they will decide the pre-release event,” says a source from the unit.

The event is being planned on February 1 either in Tirupati or Vizag as Jagan may be available in these two places at that time. “Along with Jagan, his mother Vijayalakshmi and sister Sharmila may attend this pre-release event,” says the source. 

Yatra is based on the late Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhar’s famous marathon walk and the incidents that took place then. Mammootty is enacting YSR’s role and he has already completed the dubbing. “The actor is very eager about the film and gave his full support,” added the source.     

Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy are jointly bankrolling  the film.
