Niharika Konidela on home turf

Chiranjeevi’s niece, Niharika Konidela has landed herself a great opportunity. The actress, who made her debut a couple of years ago with Oka Manasu, is now getting a chance to act with her Pedananna (Chiranjeevi) in his upcoming film Sye Raa. 

“She is playing an important role in this high-budget film,” reveals a source. Interestingly, after her debut, Niharika didn’t sign many films, except for a film opposite Sumanth Ashwin and a Tamil film. 

“Sye Raa is not only a big opportunity for her, but also a big responsibility as it is like her own film,” adds the source. 

Directed by Surender Reddy, the high-budget film costs nearly Rs 250 crore, and features some important scenes with Hindi superstar Amitabh Bachchan.
