Family dramas trend in Tollywood
M.S. Raju is planning a film titled Usha Parinayam with his son Sumanth Ashwin, which is also going to be a family drama.
After the success of Soggade Chinni Nayana and Shatamanam Bhavati, Tollywood now eyes more family dramas.
Dil Raju is planning another family drama titled Srinivasa Kalyanam that tells the story of the lead pair Sri and Nivas with a family backdrop. Satish Vegnesa is going to direct this film too. Currently, the pre-production work is going on for this film. On the other hand, M.S. Raju is planning a film titled Usha Parinayam with his son Sumanth Ashwin, which is also going to be a family drama. Director Vijay Bhaskar of Malliswari and Manmadhudu fame is going to direct this film. Kalyan Krishna, who delivered the hit film Soggade Chinni Nayane with Nagarjuna, is now joining hands with Naga Chaitanya for a film.
“It’s going to be a family drama with a cute love story,” informed Nagarjuna in an earlier interview. The shooting of this film is going on. Director Maruthi is now working on a film with Sharwanand and the shooting started few days ago. This film is also touted to be an emotional family drama,
