Ram Charan-starrer Yevadu was not only a successful film, but also a mint machine for the star at the box office. Now, reliable sources tell us that the action entertainer is going to be remade in Hindi.

Apparently, filmmaker Milap Zaveri of Hate Story 4 fame will be helming the remake version of Vamsi Paidipally directorial in Hindi. Nikkhil Advani along with Dil Raju (who bankrolled the original version) will be producing the film.

As Bollywood loves action-based films, particularly from the south, the filmmakers apparently assumed Yevadu can be a money spinner at the box office.

“Nikkhil and Milap watched the original version of Yevadu and felt that the story can be retold for the Bollywood audience with a different spin while retaining the core idea. Hence, they decided to collaborate and work on the remake,” informs our sources.

Even as the filmmakers are giving finishing touches to the script, the remaining cast and crew will be finalised soon.
