Despite the stories from the sets of Trivikram’s film, we are told Allu Arjun has lined up some interesting projects for himself. One of the two projects announced is Icon, with director Venu Sriram. The other will be with Sukumar.

“Sukumar recently met Allu Arjun and narrated the complete story, which has got the actor very excited and he gave his nod,” says a source, adding that it was also how he’d felt about Venu Sriram’s Icon when he signed up for it. “The two films are completely different and the kinds that the actor hasn’t tried in his career. So, he’s very excited to start working on both these films. One of them may even start this year,” says the source, hinting about a chance that the actor starts working in both the films simultaneously to avoid delays.

“Sukumar has crafted Allu Arjun’s character in a way that will take him to another level,” adds the source.
