Mumbai: Faisal Khan, who is known for his dance moves and his child role as Maharana Pratap is now in his new venture, shooting for his new role as the adult Chandragupta Maurya.

Chandragupta Maurya show is on its peak with its leap. Faisal Khan is doing a rigorous training on his physiques and fighting technique. But, there one thing that he finds more challenging- it the heat.

Faisal has been following strict training sessions for his role as Chandragupta where he had to not only learn sword fighting and horse riding but also perfect the art. But, the actor has shared an interesting aspect of his shoots for the show. The actor revealed that not sword fighting or horse riding was as challenging for him as fighting the summer heat on the sets of Chandragupta Maurya.

The actor shared that shooting in this summer heat in outdoor locations is really a perplexing job for him. Also, being packed on the schedule they even have no time to relax. The blazing heat is enough to drain all the energy out of a person. Still, our hero challenged it and emerged as a winner.

When asked about the most challenging part of shooting for Chandragupta Maurya Faisal Khan reveals, “I really found the scorching heat of Umbergaon the most challenging one. The sun’s rays are so strong that they can pull all fluid out of one’s body. I was never tensed of horse riding or sword fighting so much but beating the heat is task one can’t master. After shooting outdoors in this condition, it actually feels like winning a war. Also, my skin got tanned by 3 shades though I love the dusky colour on me.”
