Sidharth Shukla crowned winner of Khatron Ke Khiladi

Stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi drew to a close as Sidharth Shukla was announced as the winner of the coveted title. Sidharth competed against contestants Sana Saeed and Mukti Mohan to take home cash prize of Rs 25 lakh and a car.

Talking about his win, Sidharth says, “I always wanted to win the show. Now that I have, I couldn’t be happier. When I got eliminated, I had made up my mind to do whatever it takes to clinch the title. Fortunately, I was brought back in the show and given a second chance. I feel you can be down and out but if you are determined, nothing can stop you from winning”.

In the course of his journey in the show, Sidharth has sailed through the toughest situations be it injuries, untimely eliminations or stunts that challenged his agility. The actor credits his win to his frame of mind. He says, “I was never negative about anyone or anything but when I was eliminated, I began to doubt my capabilities. I told myself that I stood a chance to win the title only if I tried. The second chance helped me to practise this philosophy. I was concentrating on my performance.  Luckily, everything fell in place.”
