Reigning star Ram Charan, who has been shooting non-stop for his upcoming film Peddi, has reportedly sustained a minor injury on the sets. The team has been working round the clock to meet deadlines and ensure the film releases as planned.

The latest schedule of the film began in Gachibowli and was planned for four days. According to a source, “It is true that Ram Charan suffered a minor injury on the sets last evening. He sustained a small injury above his eye.”

Despite the injury, the actor was keen on resuming shooting immediately. However, director Buchi Babu Sana advised him to take a short break of two days to recover fully. Meanwhile, the shoot is continuing with other actors.

With most of the talkie portion nearing completion, the team is gearing up to film two songs in April. Peddi is slated for an April 30 release, and there is a strong push to wrap up the remaining portions quickly. Post-production work is also progressing at a brisk pace.

The film stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, with music composed by A. R. Rahman. The project is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru.

Ram Charan is expected to resume shooting soon after a brief rest.
