Sandalwood’s Suntaragali girl — Rakshita Prem’s voice is in news. The actress who started her career in Puneeth Rajkumar’s maiden film as hero Appu, has come a long way with scores of hit films with almost every star actor in the industry. She retired after marrying popular film director Prem.

She is back onscreen but for television as a judge for reality shows, and is making a comeback on the silver screen too. No, she is not acting but will be lending her voice to Amy Jackson who is portraying the female lead in her husband Prem’s directorial venture starring Shivarajkumar and Kiccha Sudeep,

The Villain. Sources reveal that Prem convinced Rakshita to dub as Amy’s character (who speaks Kannada mixed with English). Prem felt that his wife was a perfect match for the voice dubbing. Rakshita’s fans who were missing her in action cannot wait to listen to her on the big screen!
