Ram Charan has undergone a planned follow-up procedure for his wrist injury at Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore. As part of his recovery, his cast and wrist rods have been successfully removed.
Ram Charan has undergone a planned follow-up procedure for his wrist injury at Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore. As part of his recovery, his cast and wrist rods have been successfully removed.
The procedure was performed by Dr. Praveen under the supervision of Dr. Rajasekaran and Dr. Sabhapathi. The actor is now continuing his recovery under medical supervision.
Ram Charan had aggravated his wrist injury while shooting for Peddi, following which he underwent surgery in Coimbatore earlier this year. Doctors had initially advised him to take adequate rest before beginning a structured rehabilitation and physiotherapy programme.
Following the latest procedure, the actor is expected to undergo around 8–10 weeks of intensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation. His return to film sets will depend on his recovery and medical clearance. He is currently expected to resume shooting after mid-November, allowing sufficient time for his wrist to regain strength.

Ram Charan’s next major project is his reunion with director Sukumar, tentatively referred to as RC17. Work on the project is expected to resume once the actor has recovered from his injury
