Priyanka Chopra Defies the Rules of the Ocean in First Look at ‘The Bluff’

Priyanka Chopra shared a teaser via Instagram with the caption: "The ocean had its rules. She defied them. The Bluff. Trailer drops January 14, 2026."

On January 8, the film's creators released a series of first-look images showcasing Priyanka Chopra in a rugged, intense role as a pirate. The stills feature a fierce confrontation between Chopra and co-star Karl Urban, alongside glimpses of high-octane action sequences and dramatic moments.

In addition to the actress and Urban, The Bluff stars Temuera Morrison in a key role. Produced by Amazon MGM Studios and the Russo Brothers’ AGBO banner, the film is directed by Frank E. Flowers and co-written by Flowers and Joe Ballarini. Chopra portrays a former pirate whose past resurfaces, forcing her to confront old enemies she thought were long gone.

Priyanka is currently playing a key role in Mahesh Babu's Varanasi, which will be a 2027 release. Mandakini is her name in the multi-lingual release.
