Nandamuri Family Mourns As N.T. Rama Rao's Daughter-In-Law Passes Away
Padmaja, the eldest daughter-in-law of Sr. NTR and Smt. Basavatarakam, was also the sister of senior leader Daggubati Venkateswara Rao.

Nandamuri Padmaja, wife of Nandamuri Jayakrishna, the eldest son of veteran actor and former Chief Minister N.T. Rama Rao, passed away on Tuesday at the age of 73 due to age-related issues.
Padmaja, the eldest daughter-in-law of Sr. NTR and Smt. Basavatarakam, was also the sister of senior leader Daggubati Venkateswara Rao.
The family stated that she had been unwell for the past couple of days with breathing issues. She was taken to the hospital on Tuesday, where she passed away during treatment.
Upon hearing the news, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu left Vijayawada. BJP Leader Daggubati Purandeswari is also en route from Delhi to be with the family.
