Nabha Natesh Condemns Pahalgam Attack, Recalls Fond Memories of Kashmir

Nabha Natesh called the Pahalgam attack a “heinous act” and shared heartfelt memories of shooting in the scenic Kashmir valley.

Actress Nabha Natesh has expressed deep sorrow over the recent terrorist attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Kashmir, condemning it as a "heinous act" and extending heartfelt condolences to the victims and their families.

Recalling her experience filming Darling in Pahalgam, she spoke fondly of the region’s natural beauty and the warmth of its people. “Pahalgam is a beautiful place. We shot Darling across five kilometers of breathtaking locations. It’s heartbreaking to see such a heavenly place marred by violence,” she said.

Nabha praised the hospitality of the locals, noting how they quickly bonded with the film crew. “After such incidents, filmmakers might hesitate to return to Pahalgam. But the people there were incredibly kind. When I heard about the attack, all my memories of shooting there came flooding back,” she added.

She also recalled shooting her first solo song for the film, where she portrayed an independent woman traveling across the country. The team spent about a week filming in Pahalgam and other parts of Kashmir. “I remember Pahalgam for its serenity and peace. To see it turned into a scene of bloodshed is difficult to digest. It truly is heaven on earth,” she reflected.

Nabha’s emotional response highlights the lasting impression Kashmir leaves on its visitors and echoes the grief shared by many over the tragic incident.
