Mumbai: We have seen many examples in India, where people getting rich from rages. But we rarely see stories of a middle class who become a businessman or entrepreneur in India.
However, there is a young dreamer who has found his path for life and working strongly to achieve something which never happens before in India. Yatendra Meghwal from Rajasthan has built a company called, 'Artist Mine Music' for rappers who have an interest in singing and rapping.
Rajasthan is the place where only folk music works but Yatendra broke a stereotype and giving a platform to young talents. Belongs to a middle-class family, 22-year-old Yatendra started his journey at the age of 15. His first work was in 2012 where he was artists' event manager. He struggled for 5 long years to find the right path for his life and in 2017, he finally got the opportunity to do a live concert.
He believes rapper don’t get chance in India as many say that music does not belong to India. But Yatendra Meghwal thinks Indian youth today loves rap as we can see too many of them are getting huge success and appreciation for their work. He also believes rapping will stay in India for long as the nation needs a new trend in music like western countries to have from many years.
Hence, Yatendra Meghwal started promoting young Rappers around India by providing the opportunity and a platform from his own company Artist Mine Music. They have already launched a few good albums and many more to come in a shorter period of time.
