Symphony night

The Symphony Orchestra of India will perform at Hilton Garden Inn, Thiruvananthapuram, on March 16. Members of the orchestra are Aigerim Beisembekova (flute), Al-Farabi Bakhtiyarov (oboe), Alpamys Bissengaliyev (sax]ophone) and Ruslan Galilov (clarinet).

A graduate in music, Aigerim Beisembekova has worked with professional orchestras covering different genres of music such as classical, pop and folk. Al-Farabi Bakhtiyarov’s passion towards music began when he was a child and he started his musical studies at a school for exceptional children. Born in a family of musicians, Alpamys Bissengaliyev began his musical studies in piano and saxophone. Though he was trained in classical music, he also enjoyed playing jazz and went on to join the Conservatory to pursue his career as a saxophonist. Ruslan studied the clarinet under the well-known Professor ZhanatErmanov. Ruslan has been a musician and teacher with the Symphony Orchestra of India since 2018.

Organised in collaboration with Sardana Creative Consultancy, the concert will begin at 7 pm.
