Kannan Thamarakkulam

Kannan Thamarakkulam’s last film Pattabhiraman talked about a war waged by Food Inspector Pattabhiraman against the perpetrators of food adulteration on a mass level.  Socially relevant stories should leave the audience with an impact and that is exactly what he tried to chronicle through the Jayaram-starrer. Now, the director is taking a dig at the culprits in the Maradu flat rip-off and ongoing flat eviction row. Through the film, titled Maradu 375, Kannan will once again collaborate with writers Dinesh Pallath and producer Abraham Mathew after Pattabhiraman. The director has not responded to anything on the cast, but assures the presence of many familiar faces from the industry. The movie will be bankrolled by Abraham Mathew under the banner of Abam Movies.
