Anthologies are not new to M’town and here is another upcoming one featuring three shorts of thirty minutes duration each concentrating on children. The three films are titled Smell, Hannah and Divider — each looking at different age groups of children. The anthology Smell is written and directed by Parthan Mohan.

He talks about his featurette ,“This segment looks at an eight year old boy who is obsessed with smells. He is absolutely infatuated with smells and has a heightened sense of smell and the world of smells is his world. The segment also looks at the bond between his mother, played by Sajitha Madathil and him. The boy played by Master Amit belongs to a middle class family who has working parents and is a single child.” The crew is comprised of students of the  Revathy Kalamandir Film Academy, in Thiruvananthapuram. The anthology is expected to release by September after Onam in theatres and the online medium.
