Prithviraj in Karachi 81

Young Turk Prithviraj shows no signs of slowing down as he is busy committing back to back projects, each bigger than the next. Soon after the official announcement of Tiyan starring Prithviraj and brother Indrajit comes another ambitious project that the actor has given his nod to titled Karachi 81 directed by K.S. Bava. As the name suggests, the film is set in the neighbouring country of Pakistan. A source adds, “This will be the first Malayalam film to be shot in Pakistan and also has locations like Moscow, Rajasthan and Kochi. The film will be an action oriented one and is based on a real life incident. The rest of the cast is yet to be sorted out and discussions are on.” This film will take off only after Tiyan is canned.
