Ranjith- Mammootty film titled Puthan Panam

The Ranjith-Mammootty partnership has yielded some memorable films like Kaiyoppu, Paleri Manikyam— Oru Paathirakolapathaka Katha and Pranchiyettan and the Saint. While news of an upcoming Mammooty film to be directed by Ranjith has already done the rounds, the title was circulated as Vamban.

The latest news is that the film has been titled Puthan Panam (New Indian Rupee). Insider news is that the movie will  be an action entertainer which will revolve around black money. Unconfirmed reports suggest that  Ineya, Renji Panicker, Sai Kumar, Siddique and Joju George would be a part of the cast.
