Malayalam filmmaker Saji Paravoor cremated

He suffered a stroke then and was taken to a private hospital in Kollam.

KOLLAM: Film director Saji Paravoor, 48,  who died in a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram early on  Tuesday, was cremated at Mulankadakom here.   
Several personalities from the film industry, including Suresh Gopi, K. Madhu, Lenin Rajendran  and Shaji Kailas, paid him their last respects at his house ‘Adheena’ at  Ramankulangara here.
 

Two days ago,  Saji Paravoor had reached his  house  from the location of the movie ‘School Bus’ directed by Roshan Andrews to attend the birthday celebrations of his only son. He suffered a stroke then and was taken to a private hospital in Kollam and then to Thiruvananthapuram. He breathed his last by 1.30 a.m. on Tuesday.

N.R. Sanjeev alias Saji Paravoor  worked as an associate  director in Malayalam films  for several decades before directing the movie ‘Janakan’ starring Mohanlal and Suresh Gopi.
