Madonna, Shakira and BTS Set for Historic FIFA World Cup 2026 Halftime Show

FIFA World Cup 2026 is set to deliver a major entertainment spectacle. Madonna, Shakira and BTS will headline the tournament’s first-ever halftime show during the final on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

The halftime show is inspired by the Super Bowl format. FIFA president Gianni Infantino earlier confirmed plans for a music performance during the final of the expanded 48-team tournament.

What makes the event even more special is Coldplay’s involvement. Chris Martin is curating the entire show alongside Global Citizen.
