Toxic Collections Nosedive in Telugu States, Clocks Mere Rs 4 Cr on Day 2?

After a thunderous openings on first day, the collections crash for the much hyped movie Toxic. "It just managed to garner Rs 4 crore and it was a drastic fall," says a distributor. "It collected Rs 20 crore plus on day one in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and there is wide gap in two days collections, "he adds.

The Geetu Mohandass directorial was reportedly sold for Rs 108 cr in twin Telugu states. "It has long way to go. With big drops in footfalls, it's recovery looks to be a pipedream since it registered a meager Rs 14 to 15 crore share till now, it is going to be nightmarish for Telugu distributors if it doesn't pick up", he concludes.
