Ryithvika refused to perform a scene in OJ

Ryithvika of Madras fame takes the ghost avatar in the film Onaaigal Jakkiradhai. Directed by JPR of Chennaiyil Oru Naal 2 fame, the horror film is adapted from one of his short films. Vishwanth  who played a vital role in Kabali, is the male lead.

Talking about how Ryithvika refused to act in a particular scene the director explains, “A horror thriller, the film is about child trafficking and awareness about the menace. There is a particular scene where Ryithvika has to push ace director turned actor A. Venkatesh and stamp him on his chest.” The actress declined to perform, as Venkatesh is a senior director, inspite of JPR justifying that such a scene is crucial to the script. After Venkatesh himself said that it was only acting, she agreed releuctantly!”
