A book on first film publicist

Veteran actor Sivakumar recently released ‘Gnabagam Varudhey’, a book on south India’s first film publicist and late film historian ‘Film News’ Anandhan, written by journalist Arulselvan.

Besides chronicling how coming from an academic and affluent family Anandhan chose this profession, the book has several celebrities recalling their association with him with Sivakumar also sharing memories. Filmmaker and IAS officer Gnanarajashekaran was also present.
