Aathmika replaces Oviya in Kaatteri

Aathmika of Meesaya Murukku fame replaces Oviya (who became big after Bigg Boss stint) in Deekay’s fantasy adventure film Kaatteri. Vaibhav plays the lead hero and he has two more heroines namely Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Sonam Bajwa.

Rumours were making rounds that Hansika will be brought on board after Oviya left. But now, it is official that Aathmika, who is also playing a crucial role in Karthik Naren’s Naragasooran, will be romancing Vaibhav.

The actress took to her twitter and wrote, “Yeyyy!!! It’s official now!! I’m on board for #Katteri from @StudioGreen2 directed by @deekay06 Get ready for an adventurous ride!!!” It appears she is not perturbed by the presence of two more actresses in the film. “All of us have equal screen space and I have a meaty role. I am happy part of this adventure movie which has horror elements to it.”
