Why Kaala has to wait for CBFC certification

Reports suggest that the makers of Superstar Rajinikanth movie Kaala in Ranjith's direction are peeved as they are yet to receive the NoC from Tamil Film Producers Council to apply for CBFC Certification.

The latter has reportedly requested to postpone the censor procedure. Also, there's a rumour that a group is trying to stop the release of Kaala.  

However, when TFPC was contacted, one of its office bearers said, "The TFPC committee will look into all producers' need to help them have a right release date post closure of this strike. No one is trying to stop the Kaala release. In fact, everyone is trying to make sure their wait is justified in a proper manner."
