Tamilrockers suspended - TFPC

 The TFPC Anti-Piracy Cell has been very active in cracking down on piracy in Tamil Nadu. In a major breakthrough, the powerful film body announced that they had suspended the much-hyped website Tamilrockers, which was creating havoc for producers.

Meanwhile, TFPC’s head Vishal thanked Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy, Deputy CM O Pannerselvam and Minister Kadambur Raju for fulfilling a long-pending promise and releasing Rs 7 lakh each as a subsidy to producers who made small budget films.
