Mysshkin to collaborate with AR Rahman

It appears the intense filmmaker Mysshkin is opting for Oscar winning musical legend AR Rahman for his next. The director has been collaborating with Ilayaraja and Aroll Corelli for his films thus far.
Flush with the success of Savarakatthi, Mysshkin is moving on with the untitled film which will have Bhagyaraj's son and actor Shanthanu as the lead protagonist and Nithya Menen and Sai Pallavi as the female leads. Ace PC Sreeram cranks the camera. Raveendhran Chandrashekar of Libra Productions will be bankrolling it.
The buzz is that Mysshkin has approached Rahman to compose the music of the film. However, it is yet to be ascertained if the ‘Mozart of Madras’ will be part of the project. It is learnt that Mysshkin has planned the film on a grand scale and apparently the script demands such grandeur. All the same , it will be a commercially viable project, his close aide reveals.
