Retired judge to conduct Nadigar Sangam elections

The three-year term of the Nadigar Sangam came to an end in October last year.

Retired judge E. Padmanabhan would oversee the Nadigar Sangam elections, which are to be conducted soon. Actor Nasser, president of the Sangam announced the former judge’s role after an emergency executive council meet that took place recently. He also asserted that the present team with Vishal as general secretary and Karthi as Treasurer would again contest the elections.

“We have given three options for the venue and the judge will decide on the date and venue,” Nasser revealed. The three-year term of the Nadigar Sangam came to an end in October last year. At a general body meeting in August 2018 it was decided that elections would be postponed by six months as the new building was to be inaugurated in 2019 as promised by Vishal’s team.
