Sangeetha accuses mom of exploiting her from age of 13
Sangeetha’s mother has made a complaint against her daughter to the Women’s Cell alleging that she has sent her away from the house.
Ace actress Sangeetha Krish, known for her power packed performances in films like Pithamagan, Uyir , Dhanam and Manmadhan Ambu, has been mired in controversy of late due to personal issues with her mother. Her mother Bhanumathi had made a complaint to the Special Women's Cell in the city against Sangeetha alleging that her daughter has sent her away from the house she is living in and is also trying to snatch the house from her. Sangeetha, along with her singer husband Krish, appeared before the Mahila Court to give a clarification in the dispute.
The actress currently lives with her family in the first floor and her mother stays on the ground floor in the house located in Valasaravakkam. The property in dispute is said to be in Sangeetha's name, but the actress is living in fear that her mother may get hold of the property by conspiring with her brothers. She did not speak to media but took to her FB page and posted the ugly side of her mother. She thanked her well-wishers for being there for her always and to all film lovers she says it’s not easy to be an actor.
In her ‘thanks note’ Sangeetha is grateful to her mother for bringing her into the world and then thanked her for pulling her out of school and making her work from age 13 while taking her signature in all blank cheques and exploiting her for the comfort of her alcoholic and drug addicted brothers. She slams her mother for cornering her as she didn’t budge from her decisions and for not getting her married at the right age and for disturbing her husband and spoiling her family’s peace.
It appears we have not heard the last of this nasty dispute between the actress and her ‘greedy’ mom.
